Refund policy

The short version
If the delivered package isn't something you can use, you get your money back. No argument, no interrogation about why.
How it works
- Before your manuscript is uploaded: ask any time, refunded in full.
- While your package is in production or review: ask any time, refunded in full.
- After delivery: email us within 14 days of your delivery email and we'll refund you in full.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within five business days.
The one thing we ask
Tell us what was wrong with it. Not as a condition of the refund — you get that either way — but because a package that missed is the most useful thing we can learn from. In many cases the answer is a revision rather than a refund, and you can have that instead if you'd prefer.
Beta packages
Private beta packages are provided at no cost in exchange for honest feedback, so there is nothing to refund. The same standard applies: if it isn't usable, tell us and we'll fix it.
